WHAT OTHER PAYMENT DO I HAVE TO MAKE IN ADDITION TO THE ACTUAL LAND PAYMENT?

You will have to pay for survey, Legal Documentation and Development fee

WHAT DOCUMENT DO I GET UPON ALLOCATION?

Letter of Allocation, Deed of Assignment and Estate Covenant

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR ME TO COMMENCE WORK ON MY LAND?

Assignee are advised to take possession and start construction within a year of physical allocation but there is no time limit to commence work.

CAN I RESELL MY PLOT?

Yes, you can resell your land. However, such customer need to inform us, for documentation purposes. 10% of the proceeds of sale will be remitted to the company for such purpose.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PLOT AT THE ESTATE?

The sizes of our plots are 300sqm & 600sqm

What Is Pre-approval?

Pre-approval helps the bank and sellers verify that the potential buyer is in a financial position to purchase the property.

DO I GET A DOCUMENT AFTER FULL PAYMENT?

Yes, you get Contract of sale, payment receipt, Offer Letter.

IS THERE A RESTRICTION AS TO THE TYPE OF BUILDING I CAN BUILD?

Yes, you can only build residential buildings within the designated residential area. However, clients are deemed fit to build any type of residential building.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PAY MY DEVELOPMENT FEES?

Such person will not be allowed to start any form of construction on the site.

IF I MAKE PAYMENT, CAN I REQUEST A REFUND IF I’M NO LONGER INTERESTED?

Yes, you can request a refund, however, please note that refund will be 40% less than the entire amount paid at the point of refund which serves as administrative charges and will be paid within 90 days of approval of refund or upon resale of said plot(s).

CAN THERE BE ANY CHANGE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS?

Due to the everchanging nature of real estate in general and in Nigeria in particular, there can be some change to some of these terms. However, De’GreatDream will try to do what is best for its customers. Any such changes will be communicated to affected customers. Such communication shall be via electronic mails or SMS. Correspondence shall be deemed to have been received by clients having been sent to the subscribers’ last given address.
